The dehydration kinetics of curry leaves (Murraya koenigii rataceae)

The dehydration kinetics of curry leaves were investigated. Convective oven dry method was employed at four different temperature such as 70, 80, 90 and 100°C the resulting experimental values were input into three thin layer model.
