Dabessus indicus sp. nov. (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) from India

ABSTRACT

Dabessus repellens (Kirby, 1892) a Pentatomidae bug first was described in 1902 a century ago from Sri Lanka; A new species, Dabessus sp. nov. is described and illustrated from Arunachal Pradesh. The new species differ from the known species by its pronotal angel and body colour. A key to species of the genus is also provided.
